When you explore, browse, or purchase from stories.mudra — a brand owned and operated by M/s THE INDIAN MUDRA, Thane, Maharashtra — you’re entering into an agreement with us. These Terms & Conditions outline that relationship.

By using our platform, you confirm that you:

stories.mudra specializes in Artificial AD (American Diamond) Jewellery — pieces that bring heritage luxury into everyday life.

What You See & What You Get

Every product image is professionally photographed to showcase our designs authentically. However, the nature of photography and digital displays means:

Colors may appear slightly different on your screen
Lighting conditions affect how shine and texture are captured
Minor variations in finish are natural and don’t constitute defects

We’re committed to transparency: what arrives at your door may have subtle differences from what you see on your screen. This is the reality of translating physical beauty into digital imagery.

stories.mudra reserves the right to update product descriptions, features, pricing, or availability as needed.

Our Warranty Promise

Every piece of Artificial AD Jewellery purchased through our official website comes with a 6-month limited warranty.

What’s Protected

Stones falling out within 6 months
Color fading due to manufacturing defects
Minor repairs or re-polishing related to manufacturing issues

What’s Not Covered

Damage from mishandling, accidents, breakage, or exposure to water/chemicals
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Jewelry altered or modified after purchase
Lost items

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please share:

Clear photos of the product
Your Order ID or Invoice
Product tag (if available)

All warranty claims undergo Quality Check (QC) at our facility. Approval is at our discretion based on the QC assessment.

Pricing & Payment

What You Pay

All prices displayed are final and include GST, shipping (where applicable), and any other charges. Your invoice reflects exactly what you paid at checkout.

Prices may change without notice — they’re locked in only once you complete your purchase.

When Errors Happen

If a system glitch lists an incorrect price, stories.mudra may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We believe in fairness over technicalities.

How Orders Work

Your Commitment

Once you place an order on stories.mudra and complete payment, it’s confirmed. The price on your invoice becomes final and includes all taxes and shipping.

Please choose carefully — confirmed orders cannot be cancelled by customers except within the first hour (see below).

When stories.mudra May Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

Payment appears fraudulent or suspicious
Discrepancies arise during order processing
Pricing errors occurred due to system issues
Products become unavailable

If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund within 7–10 working days.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancelling Within the First Hour

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Refunds will return to your original payment method within 10 working days.

When You Can Return

We accept returns only for:

Damaged products upon delivery
Wrong items sent
Missing items from your order

The Return Process

To request a return, email support@mudraindia.in within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear product images
Parcel opening video (mandatory — this protects both of us)
Your Order ID

If approved, we’ll arrange free pickup.

After We Receive Your Return

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes Quality Check:

Refunds process within 7–15 business days
If QC identifies mishandling, damage, or use, the product returns to you

Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship

stories.mudra ships Pan-India through trusted courier partners including DTDC, Bluedart, and Delhivery.

Timelines

Dispatch: 1–2 working days
Delivery: 3–7 working days (location-dependent)

You’ll receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your order ships.

Business Hours

Order processing happens Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 5:30 PM process the next business day. Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday.

Stock Availability

In-stock items ship within 24-48 hours. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately and initiate a refund per our policy — or, if you’re willing to wait, we’ll expedite delivery once stock arrives.

Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Bulk orders may be packaged together.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your pincode isn’t serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
